• Ration needs of 6300 Extremely Vulnerable Families achieved, against the target of 25000 of 23 Districts across Pakistan.
• Support to 21 Isolation Centres of Health Department, Government of Sindh in partnership with UNICEF, through training to 330 frontline health workers and provision of Personnel Protection Equipment’s (PPEs).
• HANDS is managing 34 Health facilities along with ambulance services for shifting corona virus suspected cases in Karachi under Public Private Partnership in collaboration with Government of Sindh.
• Nearly 5500 Community Health (Marvi) workers and Community Resource Persons (CRP) in 20 districts of 03 Provinces have continued their health services and are imparting awareness on prevention of CoVID-19 to nearly 04 Million population of rural areas.
• Support to Provincial Disaster Management Authority Sindh and Balochistan in terms of distribution of 2,000 hygiene kits and masks under DFID funded Multiyear Humanitarian Program- (MYHP)
• 90 awareness raising camps and hand washing stations have been established by the Sindh Solid Waste Management Board in collaboration with HANDS and Unilever Pakistan.
